“Mommy (or Daddy) & Me Are Artists!”
Have a fun and educational experience working side by side with your child as you both play and bond in the creative process! Each week will present a different art style and media, as well as the history of this technique as you both learn by doing. Expose your children to fine art and watch what happens in their life!

“Organize Your Studio, Organize Yourself”
Chaotic workspace driving you nuts? This workshop is for practicing artists in any medium wanting to work more efficiently in their studio space. Week one will help you determine your workspace needs and then plan the details. Week two will be a fascinating artist studio tour to inspire you to create the working space you truly deserve! Bring pictures of your current workspace as well as graph paper.

"Treasure Necklace and Soldered Glass Charms" 
September 18th from 10-5. COST: $65 (includes some supplies). Robin Dudley-Howes, designer and teacher, will teach you how to take a treasured item and encapsulate and preserve your precious treasure by learning to cut glass and solder it into charms. This is a process/technique based class, great for beginners or those who want to hone their soldering skills. Bring in a box of your favorite treasures and we'll see if we can make them into charms to begin your very own treasure necklace! $65 includes some supplies (contact us for a supply list)

“Good Tastes… An artistic excursion for your senses!”
For your artistic palate as well as your culinary one, enjoy painting in a beautiful garden environment and then artfully dining on gourmet food! Create a masterpiece under the tutelage of fine artist Vanesa Andrade as she teaches several painting techniques. Then, reward yourself with a masterpiece gourmet feast by Argentinian chef Santiago Andrade.

"Third Thursday Monthly Poetry Reading" Be entranced and inspired listening to poetry read by local poets the third Thursday of each month (except December). The evening will feature one poet and then have open mic time. Third Thursday each month, 7:30 pm. open mic sign ups, reading at 8:00.
"RE-Store Yourself!" on the last Sunday of each month. Come to Harmony Works and enjoy mini sessions with several local holistic practitioners, massage therapists, energy workers and readers! $20 allows you to have 4 treatments of your choice! 11am-5pm.
“Harmony Works Art Journaling Club” – Art journaling is a way to restore a sense of discovery, spontaneity and well-being through visual expression on the pages of a personal journal. You will be guided through weekly prompts to express your world and the worlds around you through drawing, writing, lettering, sketching, painting, doodling, scribbling, collaging and mixed-media art making. New themes, techniques and materials will be introduced weekly. Most supplies will be provided but bring your own journal or sketchbook. Led by Orly Avineri.
